Hike from the source to the mouth of the river – the soon-to- Parts of the trail between the source of the Lahn and Limburg/Diez are still under development. The planning phase is concluded and hard work is under way to complete them. The four current Rhineland-Palatinate stages between Diez and Lahnstein are complete and clearly marked throughout. The trail runs for 65 km along the right and left banks of the river towards the Rhine. However, the trail mainly runs over the peaks of the Westerwald mountains and Taunus hills with the prettiest views over the Lahn Valley. |
