All information provided is done so in good faith and the author will not be held responsible for any claims or damages resulting from the use of, or reference to, this information. The Author does not guarantee that the information provided is up to date or complete. All offers are subject to alteration and are not binding. The author reserves the right to change, amplify or to withdraw parts of the pages, or the complete offer without any separate advance notice or to stop the publication from time to time or indefinitely.

2. References and links

Author’s liability could only come into force in case of direct or indirect references to unknown internet pages (“links”) which are not the responsibility of the author, if the author knows about their content and if he technically could reasonably manage to avoid use in case of illegal contents. The author particularly explains that at the time of placing the link, no illegal content was recognized on the pages to be linked. The author has no influence on the actual of future layout, content or the authorship of the linked pages. Therefore the author particularly dissociates himself from all content of all linked pages, changed after placing the link. This is also valid for all links and references within the author’s internet presentation as well as for outside entries in visitor’s books, forums and mailing lists, set up by the author. For illegal, incorrect and incomplete contents and especially for damage, caused by use or non-use of such information, only the supplier of the page to which it has been referred to is liable, not the one, that only gives the link to the respective publication.

3. Copyright and registration number

The author has endeavoured to comply with the copyright of the graphics, tapes, videos and texts used in all publications, to use own graphics, tapes, videos and texts or to use licence-free graphics, tapes, videos and texts. All trademarks and names mentioned within the internet presentation and possibly protected by a third party are subject to the regulations of each valid copyright and the vested rights of each registered owner. Only naming does not draw the conclusion that trademarks are not protected by rights of third parties! The copyright for published objects drawn up by the author only refers to the author of those pages. Copy or use of such graphics, tapes, videos and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not allowed without express the author’s consent.

4. Legal effectiveness of this limitation of liability

This limitation of liability is part of the internet presentation, from where this page has been linked to. If parts or single wording of this text do no longer or do not completely correspond to the actual legal position, the other parts of the document remain unaffected regarding content and validity.

Embedded YouTube videos

Some of our websites contain embedded YouTube videos. Operator of the plugins in question is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit a page containing a YouTube plugin, a connection with servers from YouTube is established. At the same time, the plugin informs YouTube which page you are visiting.
